As you can appreciate, we are currently experiencing a huge demand for information and we are doing our utmost to respond. Please visit our Online Customer Portal for information about your orders. By logging in online, you can see what orders you have in progress and at what stage the order is at. Our system allows instant access to your order information in real-time providing a fast, accurate and reliable way to review your account. For other direct queries we will endeavour to respond as soon as we can.
We are still asking customers to assess their critical stock requirements and place orders for delivery as they see fit. Given the current circumstances we are extremely busy and have up to 6 weeks of work to process so please consider your future orders. These are extreme circumstances and we are continually monitoring our supply base to enable us to meet customer demands while managing changing currency fluctuations.
We are continuing to adhere to strict protocols within our business which include suspension of all customer and supplier visits. Internal teams have been broken out into working pods with area & facility designation. Production shifts have been time separated with cleaning protocols between shifts with no staff cross over in production area. Sales team is split between remote working and limited access on site.
We will continue to monitor the situation, considering our supply base and our customer requirements.
