Adhesive: A water-based cohesive adhesive is coated on the inner surface of the packaging material.
Sealing: During package formation, pressure bonds the coated areas together—no heat required.
Application: The adhesive is precisely applied to designated sealing zones, typically using a roller.
Speed: By eliminating the heat-sealing step, cold-seal packaging enables much faster production line speeds.
