Justin founded Alert Packaging Ltd in 1975. His initial years were spent developing the company through innovation and adapting to changes in the marketplace. In 1995 Alert Packaging opened its second production facility at Deeside in the UK to meet demand from its UK customers. Alert Packaging has now expanded the business worldwide, servicing Europe, North and South America and Asia. Today Justin has brought the company from its humble start to become a major player in the innovation packaging sector of the flexible packaging industry.

Gordon is a co-director of Alert Packaging Ltd and has been with the company for 27 years. Gordon's role is broad and over the years has covered many areas including purchasing, production, sales, and the initiation of Alert to both the ISO and BRC accreditations with a general manager overview. With current company strategy focusing on innovation and company growth, Gordon has the task of efficiencies and attention to detail through the whole company as we move forward. His hard work is central to the smooth running of Alert Packaging, which gives us a solid basis from which we can operate and develop.

Chris has worked in Alert Packaging for over 22 years. His experience is both academic and professional with various qualifications in Material Sciences and R&D Programming. He is also certified in Strategic Management & Planning. In his management of the technical department he is responsible for creating and identifying innovations in emerging markets, such as coupon bags and Bord Na Mona Firelog and Firepack. With his wealth of knowledge of the packaging industry, Chris's responsibilities include aligning the strategic direction of the NPD function of Alert Packaging with that of our customers and working in partnership with our suppliers to maximise our value offering. "Our ideas are only limited by our Customers' imagination" says Chris, "The R&D Technical Department makes our Customers' dreams become a reality".

Paul has been with the Alert Packaging team since 1997. His qualifications include a HND in Business Information Technology and a Degree in Business Information Systems Management. He started off in transport and logistics and was promoted to his current role as General Manager of the Deeside plant in 2005. His responsibilities today include the general management of Deeside with overall responsibility of accounts, quality control, sales, purchasing and logistics to name a few. Paul's drive and determination over the years has seen the company achieve continued ISO & BRC accreditations. Coupled with his overall capacity to multi task continues to bring Alert's customers the best possible products and services within the flexible packaging industry.

Sheila has worked in Alert Packaging since 1983. She started off in order processing, and then she spent 5 years working in the sales team. In 1990 she took on responsibility for purchasing, and in 1995 she became part of the Senior Management Team with specific responsibilities for Stores, Logistics and the Supply Chain. In this role, Sheila has built up strong relationships with both our suppliers and customers. Over the years this has enabled her to develop a greater understanding of the business- an understanding that helps her ensure the logistics process is working at its most efficient and in the way that best suits the needs of our customers.

Christian joined Alert Packaging in 2004, bringing 15 years experience in logistics/manufacturing with him from the electronics industry. Christian's responsibilities lie in the management of the daily running of the production process and the production team to ensure that all of Alert Packaging's manufacturing production is at its most efficient.

Tony has been with Alert Packaging alternately for over 17 years. Having studied in Dublin Institute of Technology he joined Alert Packaging in 1990, gaining experience in sales, materials and print technologies. He came back to Alert Packaging in 2003 with Supply Chain Management skills from a large multinational company in the IT industry. Today as Business Manager for worldwide sales, Tony looks after some of our major partners across the globe, ensuring their day-to-day needs are met and their long-term objectives achieved.

Mark began working with Alert Packaging in April 2007 as Sales Manager for the Irish market. He has 30 years experience in the food/foodservice arena in the pan-European market. His main background lies in NPD, food trends, supply chain management and manufacturing practises. His responsibilities today include the management of the sales team, ensuring the growth of Alert Packaging in the flexible packaging industry in Ireland.
